Metrics

The numbers for your period: from reach on Instagram to contacts on your page, the posts that performed best and everything the team delivered.

Metrics answers: who saw you, who reached your page, who became a contact and what your team produced.

To open it, click Metrics in the menu.

The period

Everything on the screen follows the 7 days, 30 days or 90 days picker. Changing the period recalculates every number, and each one is compared with the previous period.

Since your last visit

The first strip shows what changed since the last time you opened the screen — new followers, comments, published posts, content the team finished. Below it, To do now points to the next step: review an edit, see ready scripts, connect Instagram, create a post.

From reach to contact

The path people took to reach you, step by step:

On your Instagram — how many people were reached, how many engaged, how many visited your profile and tapped the link or the contact button;
On your pages — how many arrived and how many left their contact details;
On WhatsApp — the conversations and who booked an appointment.

Your Instagram

With Instagram connected: the reach for each day, your followers (new ones and those who left), taps on the contact button and Your posts, from the best performer — the latest or the top ones, with your best post highlighted.

If Instagram is part of your plan but isn’t connected, the Connect my Instagram button shows up. If it isn’t part of your plan, the section doesn’t appear.

What the team delivered

How much content was finished in the period, by type: Videos edited, Artwork, Carousels, Stories, Scripts, Pages and Ebooks, compared with the previous period.

Your pages

The visits and contacts for each live page. With no published page, the block tells you it will show up there as soon as you put one live.

Shortcuts at the top take you straight to Create post, My artwork, Calendar and My leads.
